All we need is some identification and a bit of personal information to get started.
12 Month Option
This is our simplest, most concise option, which we usually offer for smaller renovations.
Pay over 12 months with 0% interest as long as all the payments are made on time. This option breaks up your overall cost into 12 more manageable monthly payments.
With this option, the minimum project cost must meet or exceed $500.
18 Month Option
This is our second-tier option, which we usually offer for medium-sized renovations.
Pay over 18 months with 0% interest as long as all the payments are made on time. This option breaks up your overall cost into 18 more manageable monthly payments.
With this option, the minimum project cost must meet or exceed $1,000.
120 Month Option
This is our third-tier option, which we usually offer for emergency renovations or complete property overhauls.
Pay over 120 months with 9.99% interest. This option comfortably breaks up your overall cost over 120 months or 10 years of manageable monthly payments.
With this option, the minimum project cost must meet or exceed $3,000.
Same as Cash Option
This is our fourth and final specialty option, which we usually offer for customers waiting for insurance to process or home sellers looking to boost property value before closing the big deal.
Pay nothing for 12 months. This option offloads the cost to one year later in one lump sum.
